SYDNEY

Born in Chicago, raised in Mason, and now happily back in Cincinnati, movement has always been a part of my life. I grew up as a cheerleader and began running in college, eventually training for and completing marathons after graduation.

While marathon training, I discovered Pilates as a way to complement my running — and quickly fell in love with how it transformed not only my body, but my mindset. Pilates made me feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected. That experience inspired me to teach, so I could share that same strength and confidence with others.

In my classes, you’ll leave feeling strengthened and lengthened. Expect a focus on stability, control, and intentional movement — designed to build strength while keeping you centered and grounded.
