At Breathing Room, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clarity for our clients.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel a class without penalty if it's more than 12 hours before the start time. Cancelling within 12 hours results in a deduction of the prepaid class from your account.

No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment or class without notice, you will be charged/deducted the full-service fee.

Waitlist Policy: If you’re moved into a class 6 or more hours before start time, you’ll get a text and email notification. Please reply via text to confirm or release your spot—if we don’t hear from you, we’ll assume you’re not coming and the class credit will be used.

If it’s less than 6 hours before class, our system can’t send out auto-alerts. You may still be added if a space opens up, so we recommend keeping an eye on the schedule just in case. If you're added and don’t attend, the credit will be used.

Exceptional Circumstances: We understand emergencies happen. If you need an exception to the cancellation policy, please contact us to discuss options.
