LIFT

LIFT is our HIIT style 50 min strength training class. You will build serious power and rev up your heart rate by using Y-Bells and Bala weights. Expect to move through dynamic circuits that blend functional strength, metabolic conditioning, and just the right touch of Pilates-inspired control. It’s sweaty, smart, and seriously effective—ideal for those ready to feel strong, toned, and energized.


LIFT LITE

Lift Lite is the milder version of the Breathing Room’s HIIT style Lift class. This program features the same types of moves you love from Lift, but with with a more accessible pace and more time spent developing proper weight lifting form.
