MADISON

Born and raised in Cincinnati, I’ve always been drawn to movement! I grew up very active- spending my time in gymnastics, soccer, cheerleading, lacrosse- you name it I tried it.

From a young age I learned how powerful movement can be - not just for the body, but especially for the mind. Fitness has always been a part of my life in some capacity, but after years of trying different workouts, solo and group, I finally found my “breathing room” through Reformer Pilates (lol ).

I have been a consistent client at TBR for years before becoming an instructor (hi Sarah’s 6ams!!). The structure of every class at TBR keeps me accountable - there’s nuance in the choreography and teachers, but predictability in the formats and style. The way I feel after each session is what truly hooks me though. I fell in love with Pilates because of how it makes me feel inside and out - strong, challenged, but never depleted or drained. Every class feels different, and I love that there’s always space to modify, progress, and meet your body and mind where it’s at that day.

When I’m not taking or teaching a class, you’ll probably find me on a long walk, spending time with family and friends, snuggling my dog Jelly, or experimenting with my latest hobby - right now it’s making homemade sourdough (send tips lol).

My goal for every class I teach is to create a  thoughtful and energizing class that challenges you while still honoring where you’re at that day. And to have fun! I hope everyone feels supported and welcomed when they walk in, and more grounded and connected to their body when they walk out.

Whether you’re here to build strength, find balance, or simply move your body and get out of your head, I’m so excited to be part of your Pilates journey - I’m learning and growing right along side ya!
