HANNAH

Hannah grew up playing sports through high school and college and has always loved staying active. She began teaching group fitness in 2018 and never looked back. Pilates quickly became her favorite way to train because it builds real strength, mobility, and body awareness while still being fun and challenging. In her classes, you can expect intentional movement, great music, a supportive vibe, and a workout that leaves you feeling stronger and more connected to your body. She loves helping people move in ways that feel empowering and sustainable.

Outside of the studio, Hannah works full time in residential real estate, helping people find homes and navigate big life transitions. When she is not teaching or showing houses, you will usually find her exploring new spots around town, traveling, spending time with her husband and golden retriever, or soaking up quality time with friends and family. Whether it is through movement or real estate, she genuinely loves helping people feel grounded & confident
