Known for her honest, fun and loving approach to movement and wellness education, Hadley truly enjoys helping people connect better to themselves through mindful exercise and self-expression.

Hadley is a certified RYT 200 teacher, 50hr kid’s yoga teacher, women’s wellness coach, somatic educator, and in 2017 she completed her 130hr training through Prism Pilates in Cincinnati, OH. In her movement class’s she loves to challenge her students to engage deeper to their bodies and awareness all while helping them feel safe and supported.

Hadley has been successfully teaching movement classes for 5 years, as well as leading wellness programs, workshops, retreats and training's both nationally and internationally through the True Body Project for the past 4 years. Hadley's work is dedicated to sharing how movement, wellness, and connection can heal, support, and fully nourish the mind, body, and spirit.
