A former athlete and avid cardio junkie, I decided to try Pilates in 2015. It didn’t take long for me to be hooked. I loves the mind-body connection of the Pilates method. “Pilates taught me to engage, strengthen and lengthen the deep muscles of my body and I felt amazing after each session.”
I love teaching Pilates to people striving to improve their overall health and vitality. Teaching clients to connect breath work and deep core muscles so that they can challenge their edge, wherever that may be, is my class focus flowing from one move to the next. I like to mix things up so be prepared for at least one crazy move of the day!
