In this challenging class, you will move at a brisk pace through the dynamic flow of the Reformer class and integrate jumpboard, magic circles, resistance bands, balls, and foam rollers to work your muscles and your heart. In 75 minutes, your entire body is strengthened, lengthened and stretched.

The first 60 minutes of this class follows the dynamic flow of the Re:Form class but is followed by 30 minutes of focused stretching in the form of Yin Yoga.

This full-body workout begins with 30 minutes on the mat working through a series of intensive abdominal exercises, followed by 30 minutes on the Springboard for a series of challenging leg and arm exercises.

In this intense workout, you will spend 20 minutes chiseling your abs on the mat, 20 minutes burning your legs on the chair and 20 minutes toning your arms on the Springboard. In 60 minutes, you will work the entire body in a highly focused, highly-localized routine.

This innovative interval-style class is a combination of intense ballet-inspired movements, Pilates-inspired exercises, and targeted muscle sculpting on the mat and at the barre. You will carve the most common problem spots, the thighs and booty, to create sleek, tapered legs and a firm, lifted booty. Because of the interval-style format and the isometric strengthening techniques, you will burn fat while reshaping muscles in a short period of time. The class will end with a 10-minute abdominal routine aimed at creating the sleek, sexy lines you have always worked for. You will never walk the same again! This 1-point class is appropriate for prenatal and postnatal mommies. Initial series ARE NOT required to take this class.

Because of the interval-style format and the isometric strengthening techniques with added resistance, you will speed up your fat-burning potential while reshaping muscles in a short time period. The class will end with a 10-minute abdominal routine aimed at creating the sleek, sexy lines you have always worked for. You will never walk the same again! This 2-point class is appropriate for prenatal and postnatal mommies who have prior fitness training throughout their pregnancy. Initial series ARE required to take this class.
